Great food for a great price. Way better deal and better food than a lot of other Japanese restaurants in the area. Service was a little hit or miss, but it seems like they're just still getting into the swing of things under the new management.

We chose to eat here despite mixed reviews as we were short on time and needed a quick meal before our movie showtime. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Great miso soup, avocado maki and hamachi sashimi. The chicken teriyaki was a little chewy and I would have liked more eel in the eel and avocado roll, but overall we were very satisfied. Ambience was pleasant and service at the sushi bar was friendly and attentive. My daughter said, “We give nikko sushi 4.5 stars because the food was delicious the service and staff were very nice and helpful.”

The food quality was below average even for an inexpensive Japanese restaurant. The rice was cold (very unpleasant), sunamono was unedible - they cut chunks of raw cucumbers and poured a bit of vinegar on some of them. That is not what sunamono should taste like. Not recommended.

The sushi was good but nothing to write home about. The price was decent and they're were many tables open when I arrived at 7:30 on a week day.

No respekt for guest's property. Left the restaurant yesterday evening and forgot my stuff which I just bought at CVS. Asked today whether they have found it. They did, but they threw it away. I mean the lost is no big deal, but the way of it-just throwing away guest's groceries-is disrespectful.

Sushi was pretty basic, nothing that stood out as amazing. But It was a quiet location. Servers were very nice and kept up with checking on us. If you are looking for a romantic night out, I dont think I would recommend this place. But if you are just grabbing a bite to eat Worth trying.

The best Sushi Restaurant in the area! Up until now, I thought that I've tried everything but no..no that wasn't the case! To name one, the Seared Sake Belly Nigiri was incrediblely delicious. I also learned that their daily specials are the BOMB and they are authentically fresh and made with passion. Anybody can get the basic rolls, teriyaki and other types of sushi from anywhere but this isn't your average place.Lastly, great customer service and nice people. Must try...

I love sushi, and I've been to allot of restaurants throughout the bay, and I gotta say that Nikko Sushi is probably my favorite place now. The service is ridiculously on point. The staff all greet you as soon as you walk in, and they're all so warm and friendly. The food is wonderful! We got the baked scallop roll, the raiders roll, the Lion King roll, and an appetizer of shrimp tempura. We also ordered some sake, because it was $1 an order, which consisted of about 4 little cups worth, and they also brought us miso soup. It was all so amazing!! I can't wait to go back, I really recommend this place!
